| Problem | Try this |
|---|---|
| No sound | Check the device menu, the master level, output trims and the cue's I/O routing. Run Line Check on that output. |
| A cue shows as missing | File, Check Media, then Locate. If CueBox asks to allow a folder, click Allow so it can read your audio. |
| Keys don't fire | A text field has focus. Click an empty part of the window or press Esc. |
| Can't edit anything | Editing is locked (LOCKED in the top bar). Press Cmd L. |
| The mic, recorder or LTC is silent | System Settings, Privacy and Security, Microphone, and turn on CueBox. |
| Phone remote won't connect | Same network? Hotel and venue Wi Fi often keeps devices apart. Use a show network. |
| Yamaha desk won't connect | Same network, the right IP and model, and nothing else holding the desk's remote port. |
| Backup Mac won't follow | Both Macs on the same network, main set to Main, and TCP 53600 open. |
